CLASSICAL POSES

Take your Svaroopa yoga to the next level as we explore some of the classical Hatha yoga poses in this three hour immersion. Deepen your understanding of the relationship between releasing the spine and increasing abdominal, arm, and leg strength. We will use familiar Svaroopa yoga concepts to bring us into the fullest expression of these more challenging poses.
Previous Svaroopa yoga experience is highly recommended.
We recommend you eat a light, early lunch.

SPINAL FLEXIBILITY

In this three hour workshop, you will use the supported poses of Svaroopa yoga to identify and release some of the chronically tight, stuck areas in your spine while creating greater ease and fluidity along its entire length. When you release the spine, physical aches and pains decrease, vitality increases, and your mind becomes calmer and more peaceful.
We recommend you eat a light, early lunch.

TAKING A STAND: Lean into your bones, find your strength

Applying the principles of Svaroopa yoga to the basic skill of standing, this three hour immersion will help you to release your spine by finding the support of your bones, leg muscles, and abdominals.

JOINT DETOX/PAWANMUKTASANA SERIES

Rejuvenate and detoxify with the complete Pawanmuktasana (“air-liberating pose”) yoga series, a systematic, joint-by-joint journey through the body, starting at the toes and working all the way up to the skull. It is a healthy and fun way to celebrate your body!
By releasing unwanted toxins from the joints, this extended vinyasa creates space, ease, and a greater sense of well-being throughout the whole body. Additional benefits include:
