 What is Embodyment® Therapy?

This gentle, hands-on, body-centered technique stimulates your innate ability to heal yourself through  the release of chronic tensions held deep in the core of the body, particularly at the base of the spine and in the lower back.

As the body releases these tensions, the mind calms; inviting a greater sense of well-being, vitality, and general balance.  Embodyment® not only effectively supports your body’s healing process, it is also a great way to deepen your yoga practice. You will feel more whole and at peace within yourself and with those around you.

Available in Hudson, Lakeville and Millbrook, with either Melissa Parsons or Nicolas Dalton.
